I’m publishing this article today because of how downright effective this particular vegan-friendly magnesium beverage is.
Natural Calm’s Magnesium Drink has helped me achieve some of the deepest, most refreshing sleep I’ve ever had.
I’ve been drinking this particular magnesium drink for approximately one month so far.
But I’ve personally experimented with many different magnesium supplements in my life.
So I’m VERY familiar with this magical essential mineral.
This review-style article is one you’ll ultimately need to read if you’re in search of a quality magnesium drink that tastes pretty great and makes you feel amazing in the evening and morning.
Here we go…
Mystic Future’s review of the Natural Calm Raspberry-Lemon Magnesium Drink
To put it simply, Natural Calm Raspberry-Lemon Magnesium is my new go-to magnesium supplement of choice.
Yes, I make this claim even after publishing an article comparing two other quality magnesium supplements that I used for multiple months and enjoyed very much.
You can find that particular magnesium comparison article right here…
By the way, I’ve experimented with at least 15+ other magnesium supplements over my lifetime.
None of them are as good as this one.
Natural Calm’s Raspberry Lemon Magnesium Drink has provided me with the deepest sleep out of all magnesium supplements. Bar none.
I’m not exactly sure why this is.
I’ve taken magnesium citrate in capsule form hundreds and hundreds of times before.
But, Natural Calm claims to offer a proprietary blend of highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate which is a combination of magnesium carbonate and citric acid.
If I had to go with my gut instinct on this one, I’d say this stuff truly is a highly absorbable proprietary magnesium blend, because of how effective it is at helping me get to sleep and stay asleep for 7 hours each night.
What I like most about this very unique magnesium drink
What I like most about Natural Calm’s Magnesium drink mix is it helps me stay asleep all night.
I’ve never had much of a problem getting to sleep…
But staying asleep all night?
That’s a different story entirely.
For example, a few weeks back, I ran out of magnesium capsules completely. So I went roughly one week without taking any magnesium whatsoever. Let’s just say this was a terribly rough week for me sleep-wise. I could only sleep for 3 hours at a time. Then I would wake up after 3 hours, walk around, and go to sleep for another 3 hours. Rinse and repeat. It was very bad.
This was the point when I ventured out to my local supermarket in search of a high-quality brand of magnesium citrate.
Luckily for me, all of the generic Kroger brand magnesium citrate bottles contained questionable ingredients besides just magnesium citrate, which I didn’t want to ingest.
Then I stumbled across Natural Calm Magnesium, which seemed like a trustworthy brand, since it claimed to be one of the top-selling magnesium supplements of all time.
Thank God I tried this stuff.
Because it helps me stay asleep all night long.
No other magnesium supplement has given me such deep, intoxicating sleep. And I truly mean this.
If you’re interested in getting high-quality deep sleep every single night, you really can’t go wrong with this stuff.
However, there is one little thing I think you should know about this drink.
It tastes OK.
It doesn’t taste bad or good. It just tastes neutral.
Natural Calm Raspberry-Lemon Magnesium Drink tastes pretty decent
It tastes OK. Not great. But definitely not bad either.
However, here’s the kicker.
Natural Calm Magnesium is sweetened with organic stevia, which is a huge plus in my opinion.
I’m willing to sacrifice a little bit of flavor in exchange for the health benefits associated with avoiding sugar and especially avoiding artificial sweeteners.
Keep up the great work, Natural Calm.
I know you’re doing the best you can with the ingredients you’ve got!
Is Natural Calm Magnesium Drink best served hot or cold?
Natural Calm’s printed label explains the drink can be served either hot or cold.
So I decided to experiment with both hot and cold preparations of this beverage.
When you make this drink hot, it honestly tastes kind of weird.
I wasn’t a huge fan of drinking hot magnesium.
But drinking Natural Calm cold is actually pretty refreshing.
I enjoy drinking Natural Calm cold.
When you prepare this drink using cold filtered water it tastes a bit like an Alka Seltzer.
This drink fizzes and bubbles kind of like a soda.
So really doesn’t taste all that bad.
But, I definitely recommend drinking it cold.
How to prepare a cup of Natural Calm Magnesium (directions):
To prepare a drink of Natural Calm, all you have to do is:
- Add 2 teaspoons of powder to a glass
- Pour in 2 to 4 ounces of cold filtered water (according to taste really)
- Stir it up
Then, you just wait for your drink to get nice and fizzy…
And finally, you drink it all down, and enjoy a nice, relaxing, stress-free night of sleep.
Overall, I can’t recommend this magnesium supplement enough.
Especially considering it’s a vegan-friendly magnesium supplement.
Here at Mystic Future, we focus on eating nutritious foods and health products that genuinely improve your consciousness and quality of life.
Natural Calm’s Raspberry-Lemon Magnesium Drink is one of those beverages that definitely fits this description.
By the way, I forgot to mention this little tidbit.
Magnesium is also incredible for helping with digestion, heart health, bowel movements, and so many other health benefits.
This article just focuses on using magnesium to improve sleep quality, because sleep is one of the major aspects of life vegans and vegetarians need help with.
But it’s safe to say there are so many benefits to supplementing with a high-quality form of vegan magnesium.
You can grab a bottle of Natural Calm Raspberry-Lemon from Amazon if you like, or find it at your local health food store (like Whole Foods).
