Tossing all dairy products out the window has been one of the most powerful changes I’ve made this year.

I’ve almost completely eliminated dairy from my diet, and I feel 300% better as a result of this decision.

To be fair, I’ve made other important changes to my diet lately, like choosing to eat mostly vegetables and fruits.

And because of how much heavy cream I used to indulge in (I used to add a lot of heavy cream to my coffee) I now notice a major difference after replacing dairy beverages with organic banana milk.

“WTF is banana milk?” you might be wondering.

Well, this article is going to clear up your confusion on banana milk for good.

To be specific, this article is my review of Mooala Original Bananamilk, which tastes like dairy-free heaven on Earth. It’s the best store-bought banana milk option I’ve found so far.

However, we’ll also dive into the specifics of:

  • Why you should strongly consider eliminating dairy from your diet
  • Why banana milk is the best dairy-free coffee creamer
  • Where to find quality banana milk

Let’s dive in.

Why you should strongly consider eliminating dairy from your diet

Millions of Americans are having a difficult time eliminating dairy because of our long-standing relationship with cow’s milk.

In middle school, I drank one of those nasty plastic milk bags every single day while eating my lunch.

“Milk gives you strong bones,” the teachers told us.

Well, it turns out this probably isn’t the case.

There’s a strong argument to be made as to why human beings shouldn’t consume any dairy products at all.

To put it simply, cow’s milk is acidic.

The human body has to draw calcium from your bones in order to neutralize these acids.

Your body needs calcium (an essential mineral) which dairy products are most likely not helping you with.

The countries with the highest rates of osteoporosis are the ones where people drink the most milk and have the most calcium in their diets. The connection between calcium consumption and bone health is actually very weak, and the connection between dairy consumption and bone health is almost nonexistent.

Going dairy-free is likely the best option for most Americans who want to maximize their health and spiritual wellness.

Why banana milk is the best dairy-free coffee creamer I’ve found so far

I love grinding my own coffee beans and brewing fresh coffee as part of my daily ritual. This gives me time to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes, twice per day (I drink a lot of coffee).

Naturally, I’ve experimented with all kinds of dairy-free coffee creamers.

Coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk and now banana milk.

While I like coconut milk, I have to admit I like banana milk even more for mixing with my coffee. Mainly because banana milk tastes better with coffee.

However, organic bananas are also a rich source of potassium.

Potassium decreases the loss of calcium from the body and increases the rate of bone building. Oranges, bananas, potatoes, and many other fruits, vegetables, and beans are all rich sources of potassium.

Notice how potassium decreases the loss of calcium from the body and increases bone building.

So there’s good reason to believe banana milk improves or at least helps to stabilize bone health.

At the very least, banana milk is a much better option than cow’s milk and all the other dairy-free creamers I’ve tried.

I now recommend banana milk to everyone who’s looking for an incredible dairy-free coffee creamer, or even just a dairy-free beverage in general.

Keep in mind you can also use banana milk for smoothies, deserts and many other recipes.

But I love my coffee, so that’s primarily where my banana milk will go.

Mystic Future’s Mooala Original Bananamilk review

Mooala Original Bananamilk is creamy, delicious and perfect for drinking on its own or blended into a smoothie.

The consistency of Mooala Bananamilk is ideal for mixing with coffee, which is why I personally like it so much.

It’s not too thin. It’s not too thick.

Mooala really nailed the consistency of this beverage. It has roughly the same consistency as whole milk.

In fact, Mooala Bananamilk is a one-for-one substitute for traditional cow’s milk.

Mooala Original Bananamilk tastes like a very lightly sweetened version of liquid banana bread.

There’s no added sugar in this stuff.

It’s made with just six ingredients:

  • Water
  • Organic banana puree
  • Organic roasted sunflower seeds
  • Sea salt
  • Organic cinnamon
  • Gellan gum

The banana and cinnamon ingredients stand out the most in my opinion. Which is a very good thing.

But keep in mind Mooala Bananamilk has an extremely light flavor, which is perfectly natural and normal.

I’m a huge fan of beverages that taste 100% natural. As nature intended them to be.

I’ve actually cut out most artificial ingredients from my diet, and I’m feeling the difference big time.

Mooala Bananamilk is organic, vegan, nut-free and dairy-free.

Overall, this stuff is probably one of the cleanest beverages you’ll find in any grocery store.

Especially if you’re looking for a dairy-free alternative to cow’s milk.

I can definitely vouch for Mooala Original Bananamilk.

Where to find quality banana milk

First thing’s first.

Let’s be 100% transparent here.

You can definitely make your own banana milk at home if you like.

I have a Professional-Grade Vitamix Blender that slices through nearly anything (like bananas).

Making your own banana milk at home is ideal if you have the time to prepare the ingredients and do everything yourself. This isn’t difficult, and will probably take you 10-15 minutes or so.

Here’s a simple two ingredient banana milk recipe:

  • Bananas
  • Alkaline water

You can also get creative with vanilla extract, cinnamon, stevia, cacao, or any other ingredients that you like. Simply blend everything together and serve it up.

Here’s why I personally buy banana milk from the grocery store rather than make my own banana milk most of the time:

Early in the morning, when I’m just waking up, I like to have my coffee as fast as possible.

Sometimes I value convenience over everything else, because time is an important factor in my busy lifestyle.

This is why I’ll continue to buy organic store-bought banana milk from a company like Mooala to use with my morning coffee.

Mooala Bananamilk is one of those rare beverages that balances minimally-processed healthy organic ingredients with awesome convenience.

I buy Mooala Original Bananamilk at my local Whole Foods. I’ve included a link to Mooala’s “Store Finder” in the “Sources” section at the bottom of this article. This will help you easily find a bottle of Mooala Bananamilk for yourself if you so choose.
