This article was originally intended to be a product review the AUBREY brand Black Castor Oil. I can no longer find this product anywhere online or in retail stores. It may have been discontinued. Luckily, there are hundreds of other reputable sources of black castor oil available. This article is still extremely valuable and well worth your time. Keep reading to learn how you can use black castor oil to genuinely cure dandruff, dry scalp and more…

If you’ve ever watched the TV series Breaking Bad, you know that Walter White and Jesse Pinkman used lethal doses of ricin to poison their enemies.

While ricin is incredibly poisonous on its own, when ricin is heated and refined using a strictly controlled manufacturing process – something called black castor oil can be made.

If you can imagine how lethal ricin is, you can probably also imagine how effective its counterpart is.

Black castor oil is like the happy, healthy and friendly step-daughter of the Ricinus communis plant.

If you read the label on the AUBREY Black Castor Oil bottle, you’ll see the key ingredient listed right there:

  • Ricinus communis

Luckily, any form of black castor oil that is marketed and sold in the United States is highly-regulated.

Black castor oil sold in the USA is safe, natural and highly-effective.

This article is a review of AUBREY Black Castor Oil, which is the only natural ingredient that has successfully cured my dandruff and dry scalp condition.

Just like the ricinus communis plant – this article is powerful and potent.

You should pay attention now, because black castor oil could turn out to be the single best ingredient you use to drastically improve the health of your skin and hair.

How to use 100% pure black castor oil to cure dandruff and dry scalp

The process for curing dandruff or dry scalp with black castor oil is incredibly easy.

It’s easy because of how quickly it works.

I promise that I only had to use black castor oil one time to eliminate my dandruff and dry scalp problems for an entire year.

Of course, my dandruff and dry scalp returned this winter, and using black castor oil worked again to solve my dandruff and dry scalp problems.

By now, I have the process down to a science.

Here’s what you need to do…

Note: This process works best as a bedtime routine.

Get a hot bath ready

Soak in the hot bath for 5 to 10 minutes – this gives the pores on your scalp some time to “open up”

While you’re soaking in the hot bath, make sure to dunk your entire head underwater for a few seconds (repeat this a few times)

Now, massage a teaspoon amount of black castor oil into your scalp and throughout all of your hair

From here, you have two options.

You can rinse the black castor oil out of your hair immediately.

Or you can leave the black castor oil in your hair overnight.

If your dandruff and dry scalp is severe, I recommend leaving the black castor oil in your hair overnight.

If your dandruff and dry scalp is only a mild problem, you can just rinse away the black castor oil immediately.

In both cases, you’ll want to check your results the following day.

In my experience, black castor oil works incredibly quickly.

It can eliminate your dry scalp and dandruff problems immediately.

A brief review of AUBREY Black Castor Oil

I originally purchased my bottle of AUBREY Black Castor Oil from Walmart.

I loved this brand of black castor oil because of how well it worked.

Unfortunately, I can no longer find this particular product anywhere.

My instinct is that this product may have been discontinued.

I called AUBREY Organics (the manufacturer of this particular product) during normal business hours and did not get a response.

However, there are many other reputable brands of black castor oil available for sale online.

Look for 100% pure black castor oil produced in a tropical island country like Jamaica or Haiti, because this is where black castor oil is most commonly produced.

If you’re buying a bottle of black castor oil in the USA, there’s a pretty good chance it comes from Jamaica or Haiti.

It’s hard to go wrong with either option, considering the castor bean plant loves sunny tropical climates.

100% pure black castor oil is cheap and readily available.

Caution: A little bit of black castor oil goes a long way

Black castor oil has roughly the same consistency and appearance as thick maple syrup.

Applying black castor oil to your scalp even feels like rubbing maple syrup into your hair.

It’s quite a messy ingredient.

Considering how effective black castor oil can be, I think this is worth the trade-off.

You’ll most likely be applying black castor oil to your hair in the shower or bathtub anyway.

This makes it easy to rinse away any excess black castor oil.

In all likelihood, you’ll probably only need something like a teaspoon amount of black castor oil to massage into your scalp.

I recommend buying a bottle of 100% pure black castor oil so that you can experiment with adding a little bit of black castor oil to your favorite leave-in conditioner or organic oil.

Genuine black Castor oil is what worked to solve my scalp and skin problems.

So I can personally vouch for and highly-recommend using 100% pure black castor oil.

If you choose a generic or lesser-known brand of black castor oil, just make sure it’s 100% black castor oil, because a 100% pure black castor oil will probably provide you with the most bang for your back.

There are plenty of black castor oil products that are blended with other ingredients.

And while I think these blended products are perfectly fine, I prefer to blend products myself.

Just like Jesse Pinkman and Walter White.
